Believe it or not, running a staircase company can be quite good fun and each job we work on is very different from fitting a loft staircase to installing a bespoke spiral stair in a new build house or car showroom. over the years our staircases have appeared in many magazines such as Home Building & Renovating, Designs for Living, period Homes, Living Etc... as well as on television programmes such as Grand Designs, Move or Improve, Property Ladder and Renovation.
We have been in business as a staircase specialist for many years but of course movign with the times we set our blog up only this year and below we have started charting our most recent work.

We've been in London today fitting a Genius spiral staircase in an extension complete with three metres of matching staircase balustrade. The customer was delighted!!

It was very cold today but it didn't stop us working. We had to take out an old unsafe ladder and replace it with a klan spiral staircase into a loft conversion in Huddersfield and the customer was over the moon with the final result

Just completed a Bespoke 1800mm spiral staircase into a swimming pool area in York. The stair was all steel powder coated in silver and looked fantastic in the modern setting. The openign was a perfect quadrant with baslutrade all around it so it looked fantastic!!
KOMPACT STAIRCASE INSTALLATION 02/11/09
Cold again today and up in the Yorkshire Dales installaing a Kompact modualr staircase into a barn conversion. The U shaped configuration of the staircase enabled the customer to get on and off the staircase exactly where they wanted to and they were delighted with the end result of their new staircase.

Up in beautiful Scotland for a few days to install a Genius spiral staircase in chrome paint and light walnut treads into a split level apartment. The job went really well and the custoemrs were great fun to be around

We had to battle agaisnt the snow today down in London and Oxfordshire finishing two spiral staircases. One in Glass and the other in stainless steel and Beech. Both looked fantstic!
